(V3) Why can't I access my account?

This only applies to accounts that were created BEFORE May 1st, 2011.

Since May 2011, a new version of ConceptShare has been available. From freelancers and boutique agencies, to some of the biggest brands in the world, ConceptShare is being used by thousands of creative teams around the world. 

You were using the previous version of ConceptShare, which is no longer available. Your account has been shut down and all of your media is no longer accessible. 

What are my next steps?

1.       Try the new version of ConceptShare. Sign up for a 10-day trial or watch a recorded demo. Below are a few of the new features we've added:
